What to Expect
Saltwater is a structured place to show up once a week in the middle of something hard. We begin by settling the nervous system, then move through guided reflection and simple creative prompts that are light and optional. You can speak or not speak. You can write or not write. You can be on camera or not.
This is supportive, facilitated work. It is not group therapy.

Each session follows the same rhythm, so you are not dropped into sharing or left guessing what to do. We start and end carefully..
❋ Grounded Facilitation
You will be guided with clear boundaries and a calm pace. No fixing. No advice-giving. No big emotional performance required.
❋ Creative, not crafty
.Alongside reflection, there will be optional creative strands. Think found objects, images, simple sensory attention. Flotsam and jetsam energy.
❋ A Supportive Space
Camera optional. Sharing optional. You can participate in your way. You can pass. You can come exactly as you are

Arriving. Edges. What’s manageable.
We start quietly. A steady entry.
A way to find your footing and be with what’s surfacing.
Undertow
We’ll focus on grief: the obvious kind and the unseen kind. You’ll be guided to stay close to what’s true without having to explain it or fix it. This session is about making room for what’s there, and maybe leaving a little steadier.
Tide
We’ll look at how anxiety moves, what your patterns are, and what helps your system come down once it’s activated. You’ll be guided through practical ways to meet anxious spirals
Lighthouse
The final week is about integration rather than endings. We focus on what helps you orient when things feel unclear, and what you want to carry forward as steady reference points. A calm close and a clear boundary back to life.
Who is Saltwater for?
Saltwater is for you if you are living with grief, anxiety, waiting, or uncertainty and you want something steady and contained. This space often resonates with people navigating the family-building journey, including loss or treatment, but you do not need to be in any specific place to join.
This is not for you if you need crisis support right now, or if you are looking for a therapy group with open processing and feedback. It isn’t a substitute for individual therapy.

Booking Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Please send me their name in advance so I can confirm it is a good fit for the space. Sessions are live and replays will be available, shared privately with participants.
