We know the gym can feel intimidating, and fitness can feel overwhelming, especially if it’s been a while. Evolve In Six meets you exactly where you are and offers the tools, support, and encouragement to build confidence, strength, and calm—step by step. You’ll be very closely supported, with Helen and Jay by your side along the whole six week journey.

Session Details: We begin Monday 20th January

  • Week 1: FOUNDATION

    What’s happening: We kick off with a live group call to introduce you to the program and how the app works, set expectations, and answer any questions. You’ll receive your first strength training and nutrition plans, tailored to your goals.

    Yoga: 7pm: A calming “Stretch & Restore” session to gently ease tension and prepare your body for movement.

  • Week 2: BUILD

    What’s happening: You’ll begin to establish routines with your tailored workouts and nutrition plan. Weekly WhatsApp check-ins with Helen and Jay provide personalized feedback and support.

    Yoga: No group session this week, but Helen will provide personalized coaching and support to help you stay connected and aligned with your goals. Her empathetic approach ensures you feel guided and motivated every step of the way.

  • Week 3: PROGRESS

    What’s happening: Midway through, we evaluate your progress and adjust your plans if needed. This week focuses on building momentum.

    Yoga: A “Core Reset” class, focusing on stabilizing and strengthening your core for improved movement.

  • Week 4: DEEPEN

    What’s happening: With consistency taking shape, you’ll deepen your training, fine-tune your nutrition, and focus on recovery practices.

    Yoga: Optional prompts bespoke to your for mobility and relaxation to support recovery and progress, if you'd like them

  • Week 5: SUSTAIN

    What’s happening: This week focuses on sustaining your habits and maintaining energy as we near the end of the program.

    Yoga: A “Relax & Recharge” group session designed to release stress and integrate your progress so far.

  • Week 6: REFLECT & CELEBRATE

    What’s happening: We conclude with a final group call to reflect on your progress, celebrate wins, and plan for maintaining your results beyond the program

1. Do I need to go to a gym to do this program? No! Evolve In Six is flexible and designed to meet you where you are. Workouts can be done at home or in a gym and will be tailored to you through our app.

2. Is this suitable for complete beginners? Absolutely. This program is tailored for beginners or those restarting their fitness journey, with expert guidance to make everything accessible and achievable.

3. What if I have specific health concerns, like fertility challenges or joint pain? The program is designed to be gentle and supportive. We take individual needs into account and adjust your plan accordingly. Helen and Jay are experienced in creating safe, effective approaches for unique challenges.

4. How much time do I need to commit each week? You’ll need about 3-4 hours per week, which includes strength training, yoga, and check-ins with your coaches.

5. What equipment do I need? Basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands is ideal but not required. We can modify workouts to suit your setup. If you’re a member of a gym or just joining one, your training will be gym focused.

6. Will I lose weight during this program? While gentle fat loss is a focus, the program emphasizes overall health, strength, and confidence. Results depend on individual factors, and our primary goal is to help you feel your best.

7. What happens after the six weeks? We’ll provide guidance on how to continue your progress with sustainable habits and, if you choose, opportunities to work with Helen and Jay further.
